Refunds & Exchanges
Ode to Elma will do our utmost best to ensure you are entirely happy with your purchase.
If you find there is a fault with your item we can usually exchange it if we are notified within 3 business days of you receiving your goods. We will exchange for another item.
Please do remember that these are handmade products and each item is individually handmade so variations so will vary slightly to those visible in the online store. This is will due to how the products are made and the nature of the material. We like to think that this adds to their uniqueness and individuality.

Each product is individually handmade to order and will be dispatched within 7 working days of the order being placed and payment being received.
